Shipping & Returns
We will do our best to ship your order within 1 business day of receiving it - unless an item is out of stock, it is a pre-order, it is shipping outside the US or for any other reason beyond our control. We will contact you if there is any extended delay. If you need to receive your order within a certain time-frame, please contact us immediately to make sure this will be possible.
Your order will be shipped from Pennsylvania (USA). We primarily use USPS Priority shipping, and in some cases USPS First Class or UPS Ground. We do this for the purpose of tracking shipments and to get your order to you asap. Once it is shipped, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days (except for orders outside the US). Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
If by chance there is a discrepancy with the shipping costs - either too low or too high or if there were no shipping costs charged at all - we will contact you with a quick and easy solution. We do not want you to be overcharged but we need the correct amount to get your order to you. We will weigh your items and calculate the exact postage. We will either refund the overage or request the remaining amount in a separate transaction.
Return or exchange requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem and to offer the best solution.
